Crash Course
Over the past three years, Moneyball Judaism has become a trusted resource for CEOs, board presidents, researchers, rabbis, and communal professionals across the Jewish world seeking smarter ways to lead. With more than 1,000 subscribers on Substack and 4,000 readers across social media, our community has proven that rigorous thinking and Jewish leadership can thrive together.
This spring, join Rabbi Joshua Rabin for a two-hour online crash course.
Together, we’ll connect the dots between behavioral economics, organizational leadership, and the realities of Jewish communal life—so you can lead with greater clarity, confidence, and impact.
Course Syllabus
The two-hour session will provide an introduction to the Moneyball Judaism approach, focusing on three key themes:
Your Most Expensive Mistakes Are Mental: Learn the core principles of behavioral economics as they apply to Jewish life and how mental shortcuts shape (and sometimes sabotage) decision-making.
Muting the Noise and Beating the Odds: Discover how cognitive biases affect organizational health, which biases are especially applicable to Jewish organizations, and how mindful leaders can reduce distractions, improve focus, and seize overlooked opportunities.
Simplifying Success: Develop a practical playbook to identify underutilized opportunities that increase impact without adding cost. Includes sample metrics and exercises you can apply immediately.
Arrange A Training
If you want to bring the crash course to your team on a date of your choosing, you can register for a private training for $499 USD. Training is available for organizational teams and groups who want to learn together.
Please arrange the training date with Josh before submitting payment.
